The Society in conjunction with the Young Rail Professionals (YRP) have collaborated in the development of a railway orientated mentoring scheme. The scheme has been developed by Helen Simpson one of our VPs and Russell Lipscombe our Independent Financial Examiner on behalf of the DRES and YRP.

We now need your help!

DRES is looking to our Members for Mentors. Amongst our cohort we have a vast wealth of knowledge and experience about railways. Here is an opportunity to share your acquired knowledge with younger members of the rail community and help them along their career journey.

Mentor training will be provided if you are interested.
