Winner Of Peter Parkin Memorial Lecture 2021

The Society is delighted to announce that the winner of the Peter Parkin Memorial Lecture 2021 was Chonlatis Charoenwong. In a close competition, Chonlatis won by a small margin with his video describing the model used to predict track deterioration and track maintenance intervals. Chonlatis has won £100, a replica trophy and year’s free membership to the Society.
